About Me

Self-care and self- compassion are vitally important in our present- day busy, stressful lives. All too often we neglect this. Introducing this into our lives by tending to our health, physically, mentally and spiritually can help build our resilience and there is growing research to show how important this is for us all.
In my Resilience and Wellness Coaching practice you will be offered a safe, caring and non-judgemental space to explore your own way of developing self-care and self-compassion. Finding meaning and purpose, connecting with others and nature, finding our creativity, improving our diet and increasing exercise and taking time to be quiet through meditation, finding the things that bring you joy, are all possible ways to build our wellbeing and resilience.
I know for myself for example, if things are getting tough or I’m facing difficult times and lost in negative thoughts, connecting with nature or being around the people who make me laugh can instantly lift my spirits and bring me back to the present. Through coaching you can find ways to introduce new regular practices into your life, so that they become good habits replacing the more destructive ones and over time improve your wellbeing and build resilience, empowering you to bring bigger, positive change into your life.
